Superlight ACRYL-PUTZ® LT22 LIGHT is a ultramodern finish putty – the novelty on Polish market. It is light enough (density 0,4 g/cm³). Thanks to its superlight weight it has special physiochemical properties.
CHARACTERISTIC
Surface preparation: Soothing-down surface must be solid, dry, dust, grease and contamination free Very absorptive and weak surfaces must be primed by ACRYL-PUTZ® GU40 POLYMER UNIVERSAL PRIMER or ACRYL-PUTZ® GP41 DEEP PENETRATING POLYMER PRIMER, depending on surface absorptiveness degree. Metal elements must be primed by anticorrosive base. Product preparation: In the event of too dry consistency it is recommended to add small amount of pure water.
Application: Smoothening-down works are to be carried out at the air and surface temperature from +5ºC to +30ºC Putty is to be applied by stainless steel float by pressing so that the putty fills in a crack carefully and stick to its sides. In the event of massive roughness the application is to be repeated after the previous layer has thickened or by ‘wet to wet’ method. Dry surfaces are to be grinned by sandpaper or net and dedusted and painted (recommended sandpaper – 150) After the works have been completed it is necessary to wash the tools by water.
Caution: Paint only after drying. In the event of using solvent paints, wait 24 to 48 hours before application
